Property Accountant at Accountemps, Chicago, IL

Classification:  Accountant - Staff

Compensation:  $16.00 to $19.00 per hour

Our client, a real estate firm downtown, has an immediate opening for a well rounded Property Accountant. The Property Accountant must be comfortable with a high volume of work, and must have least 4 years of experience as a Property Accountant. Familiarity with Yardi would be a plus but not required. The day to day duties will include: bank reconciliations, construction budget review, a/p, a/r, and financial statement preparation. The Property Accountant must be a self starter and take ownership of their work.
