The US CNS Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for in-depth financial support of the consolidated US financials, including all practice details as needed. This person will provide support in the analysis of monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and other requests as needed. The SFA will report to the US CNS Finance FP&A lead within the US Consulting Finance organization.
  • Routine accounting for monthly close.
  • Develop and deliver regular financial reporting and presentation materials for finance leaders that are timely and accurate.o Assist in understanding the appropriate data, reporting, and analysis.
  • Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting timelines and deliverables for US, including key dates and outlines of presentations.
  • Provide variance analysis of results against prior year, budget, and forecast and follow up as necessary.
  • Support decision making processes with ad hoc financial reporting and analysis on wide range of business and financial matters.
  • Flexibility to adapt and respond to dynamic business needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in finance, ability to collaborate with team members at various levels, and initiative to complete tasks with minimal oversight.
  • 3-5+ years relevant finance/accounting experience; FP&A experience a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
  • Strong PC Skills in Microsoft Office and Windows, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with financial systems
  • Strong organization, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Collaborative teamwork and personal initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to:o Deliver high quality, accurate analysis within tight deadlines with limited oversight
  • Filter through large amounts of data to find the most relevant pieces and still understand the big picture
  • Excel in problem solving and decision making, including situations with ambiguous or incomplete data
  • Balance priorities and workload to manage multiple projects
  • Drive change
