Leading provider of Commercial Insurance, Risk Management, and Business Underwriting services is looking for a Tax Accountant.
Responsibilities include:
-Assisting in the maintenance of tax records and the preparation of all or specifically assigned tax returns and related reports.
-Assists in the preparation of tax related documents.
-Prepares frequent and appropriately detailed tax accounting and financial information. Assists in preparation of quarterly estimated taxes.
-Performs research on the tax issues that may arise. Maintains tax records and prepares assigned tax returns and reports.
-Prepares journal entries and reconciles accounts.
Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred.
-1 or more years of related tax experience preferred.
-Must be well organized and self motivated with ability to meet deadlines required.
-PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and advanced spreadsheet skills required.
